High Gradient Magnetic Separator

As a lot of minerals are magnetic to some degree and others are associated with minerals that are ferromagnetic or paramagnetic, high gradient magnetic separator can often be used in separation where normally difficulties are experienced with other processes.

The high-gradient strong magnetic separator is a swivel vertical rotary magnetic separator, which is suitable for the beneficiation of weakly magnetic minerals, iron removal and purification of non-metallic ores. Such as: hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, wolframite, tantalum niobium, red mud, etc. iron removal and purification of non-metallic minerals. For example: quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite, sillimanite, spodumene, kaolin, etc. The high gradient magnetic separator is suitable for wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite, and other materials with a particle size of less than 3mm, and is also used for iron removal of coal, non-metallic ores, building materials and other materials.

Applied material: Oxidized iron ore, titanic iron ore, hematite, limonite, siderite, ilmenite, chromite, manganese ore, wolframite, tantalum-niobium ores etc.

Features

  • Low voltage, high current and low current density. Internal water cooling and double circulation cooling mode stable magnetic field. Equipment operation rate is up to 98%;
  • Optimized magnetic system design, optimal arrangement and combination of magnetic matrix, background field intensity up to 1.8T. vertical rotation, reverse flushing achieve magnetic matrix is not easy to block;
  • Pulsation mechanism design could improve the separation efficiency;Wide separation range: upper limit:6mm, lower limit :2~10μm;
  • 17 series of products with more than 70 specifications and models, and capacity of a single unit is from 0.01 to 480t/h;
  • Equipped with coil pipeline cleaning system, easy for coil daily maintenance. coil designed life is up to 20 years.
