Process Introduction:
The gold heap leaching process is often used to concentrate gold deposits with small ore bodies or low grades, or both, which cannot be developed and utilized by conventional methods. The main process is to crush low-grade gold ore to a certain particle size (or granulate), stock on a leak-proof bottom pad made of asphalt or plastic and other materials, use low-concentration cyanide, alkaline solution, non-toxic solvent and other solutions to spray the mine pile to dissolve the gold, and the gold-containing solution is percolated from the mine pile, and then the gold is recovered by activated carbon adsorption and other methods.
Heap leaching process composes of concrete of the site, pre-process of the ore (crush or produce), concrete heap, spray leaching, disinfect and discharge the recovery of gold from pregnant solution.
After the raw ore grinded by jaw crusher and cone crusher ,the particles become (30-50mm) , put them to concrete directly ;fine particles need to be produce (make the fine particles become the rough particles ) , then transport the mineral by forklift truck to the concrete heap .
Put a spray system above the heap. After cyanide solution and heap reacted, the pregnant solution exude from the heap and flow into pregnant tank , then infiltrate into absorption column by the pregnant solution pump , the solution rest is barren solution , barren solution return to spray system for recycling .
With high temperature and high pressure in the desorption and electro wining, the gold pulp come out, after smelting , come out the gold bullion .
